Having just been to an appointment at Haywards Heath hospital for my partner, I was looking to find a local bakery or patisserie for a post-appointment treat. As Fellows was just 10 mins up the road, we decided to give it a go.
The moment you walk in the door, you are hit with all the amazing, "freshly baked" smells, randing from farm loaves and cobs, to sausage rolls and pastries.
I opted for the Biscoff doughnut, and my partner opted for the pecan pie. We got back to the car to eat them, and were both thoroughly impressed at just how tasty our treats were. Moreso, the pricing of the treats was incredible - something as good as this in the centre of Brighton would cost 2-3 times the price. In fact, the pecan pie was so good that my partner returned to buy another 4 to bring back for family members.
Highly, highly recommended!- Meal type

Just had the most delicious cake made for my dad’s 100th birthday. Actually it was three: 1-0-0. Spectacular and they got eaten in minutes! Thank you so much.

Stayed in Ardingly for one night for proximity to the college. Picked up two croissants for breakfast. A revelation!! Best croissant ever! And we have tasted the best that France could offer over the past few decades. Frankly, Ardingly is worth a visit, if only for the baked goods.

We popped here after doing the Wakefield park run. The sausage in bread roll is delicious with large super soft bread, decent sausage, and butter and branded ketchup and brown sauce. We bought carrot cake which is the best carrot cake I've tasted. Everything tastes fresh and made with good quality ingredients and excellentvalue for money. Friendly staff too.

I came across this bakery well over ten years ago when I felt like something to eat so went in a bought a millionaires shortbread, best I have ever tasted, so it became a bit of a habit to pop in here when ever I was passing. Retired now so don't get over Ardingly way that much nowadays, but today the wife fancied a croissant and as we where close thought we would pop in, she had her croissant and I could not resist the millionaires shortbread, which looked bigger than the last time I had one, they have a good selection of pies a pastries, hot and cold, well worth a look if your are passing and feel like a snack. We ordered two chocolate cakes for a birthday party - one being vegan and gluten free. Both were absolutely delicious and went down a treat with our guests. Great service from Fellows: we’d definitely recommend this fantastic bakery.
Best bakery in the area, and in a perfect location for cyclists.
What a discovery! We came especially this morning and purchased three delicious sausage rolls. Also, a cream chocolate doughnut for my 8 year old son. I thoroughly enjoyed the scrumptious pumpkin pie. The aftertaste is still lingering and makes me long for more!! We will be visiting on a regular basis. Keep on baking!
Found the bakery on the way back from Ardingly reservoir. Top sausage and pasty plus a delicious bun. Well worth a visit if your in the village Got some bread to eat later was also very tasty.
I love these guys! Yummy cakes wonderful service! I needed a vegan cake at short notice and they made me one to order and even allowed me to collect it after hours as I was running late from work! Actual Angels! Thank you!! Back soon !! Xxx
Great little bakery offering a good selection of breads all baked on the premises. They also offer a selection of pastries, hot & cold pies and take-away coffees. Always friendly and helpful staff. And free parking in the car park opposite!
